However, certain technical providers, messaging solutions, form-management tools, analytics tools, storage tools or SaaS solutions may involve transfers of data to countries outside the European Union or the European Economic Area.
This is in particular the case for the hosting of the Site, provided by Cloudflare, Inc., a US-law company operating a worldwide network of servers.

- an adequacy decision of the European Commission;
- standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission;

F-SAIL may ask you for any information reasonably necessary to verify your identity where this is required to protect your data.
In the event of a persistent difficulty, you may lodge a complaint with the Commission nationale de l’informatique et des libertés (CNIL).
12. Cookies and trackers
The Site may use cookies or other technical trackers to ensure its proper operation, secure access, remember certain choices and, where applicable, measure its audience.
Cookies that are strictly necessary for the operation and security of the Site may be placed without consent where the regulation so allows.
Non-essential cookies or trackers, in particular those relating to non-exempt audience measurement, personalisation or third-party services, are placed only after your consent has been obtained where required.
You may manage your preferences via the cookie-management tool made available on the Site or via your browser settings.
If the Site uses specific tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, advertising cookies or retargeting tools, this policy should be completed with the exact list of trackers, their purposes, their durations and the methods for withdrawing consent.
13. Changes to the policy
F-SAIL may amend this policy to take account of changes in its activities, practices, tools or the applicable regulation.
The version in force is the one available on the Site on the date it is consulted.
